| Initial Consult Appointment |
| In order to make your first consultation with us as convenient as possible, we have provided you with a checklist to assist you in gathering all the required information that our physicians will need in order to provide you with a comprehensive consultation. |

| Reception |
Upon entering our facility you will be greeted by our friendly and caring receptionists. They will present you with forms (download forms in PDF ) to be filled out in order to obtain required demographic and insurance information. (For your convenience, you can fill out these forms in advance, either with our on-line form or by downloading a PDF file by clicking on the link above)
We pride ourselves on minimizing your wait time to be seen by your physician. During your short waiting period you will have the opportunity to sit in our cozy yet spacious “leaving” room where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee in front of the fireplace, choose from our vast array of magazines, or take advantage of our resource library, equipped with two internet stations for you to browse the web. |

| Consultation |
| After taking advantage of all the amenities available in our reception area, you will be escorted by one of our courteous medical assistants to your physicians consult room where you will receive his full undivided attention allowing you all the time you need to ask all your questions. |

| Education |
| Once the physician determines the appropriated course of treatment, the following visit is scheduled to provide education and an overview of everything you will encounter through the duration of the treatment. You will be personally introduced to all of our caring staff who will be attending to all your needs throughout your care with us. |

| Chemotherapy |
| For patients that are scheduled for chemotherapy treatments, you will be escorted to our warm infusion suite. Each patient is given a comfortable recliner with a private entertainment unit to be able watch television or view a new release movie from our fully stocked DVD library. We have a wireless network to allow you to be able to surf the internet or check your emails. Our caring nurses attend to all your needs including the provision of refreshments and beverages. For those patients with extended treatments who want additional privacy, we have a private infusion room available. |

| Radiation Therapy |
| For patients that are scheduled for radiation treatments, your course of treatment will occur in two stages: |
| 1) Planning: |
| a. Simulation: The first step in planning your radiation treatment is to take a CT scan of the area where the tumor is situated. Our facility is equipped with a high speed CT scan to capture the image to use for the treatment plan. |
| b. Treatment Plan : Once the simulation process is completed, the image is transferred into our sophisticated treatment planning system whereby our medical physicists work side by side with your radiation oncologist to develop your customized treatment plan. |
| 2) Treatment: |
Once your treatment plan is complete you will be scheduled to commence your daily treatments on our state-of-the-art Linear Accelerator, which will take place over the course of approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on the treatment prescribed.
You will meet with our radiation therapists who will explain the entire process to you and work with you to choose a time that is most convenient for you to come for your daily treatments. Our focus is to make you as comfortable as possible and you will find our therapists to be caring and attentive to your needs.
